Just a quick comment here; thing about the relationship of the three spaces here. If you want people to fully experience your building, you may want to consider having the space intermixed and pulled through the entire form. With this layout, you are currently pushing the private spaces to the rear third of the building; which means the general public would not have an opportunity to experience this portion of the building. Thing about this as you design the layout. Good Luck!
